The owners who call us have usually built something good that has quietly stopped growing. Every significant decision still comes back to them, the business has flattened out, and working harder has stopped making a difference.

How we work

We start underneath the problem you would name first. In our experience the problem an owner names is usually a symptom of something else, which is why the last attempt to fix it did not hold. So the first job is finding what is actually causing it, and telling you plainly.

The two people

James Walls – revenue. Twenty-five years leading sales and revenue teams in complex B2B businesses across thirteen countries, responsible for more than $200M in net-new revenue. He has also built, run and sold businesses of his own, so he knows what the owner's job actually feels like.

Kristina Walls – finance. More than twenty years in senior financial roles, from large technology companies to the consulting firm she founded and ran herself. Cash flow, profit margins, pricing, funding, and preparing a business for sale – explained in plain English, because a financial forecast you cannot act on is not much use.

• No lock-in. Every engagement runs on thirty days' notice, either side.
• Published rates. Our monthly rates are on our website. You do not have to book a call to find out what something costs.
• The first conversation is fifty minutes about your business. You will finish it with a straight answer on what we would look at first and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so, and point you toward someone who is.
